A familiar face to become CEO of the Australian Supply Chain Sustainability School

Hayley Jarick, is no stranger to the Australian Supply Chain Sustainability School. She was an Advisory Board member when the school was established in 2015 and was Deputy Chair from November 2016 to June 2017. Hayley loves a challenge and brings to the role experience in governance, strategic management, marketing, membership, adult learning, advocacy, financial analytics, sales and customer service in manufacturing, residential and commercial building, heavy construction, professional services and international trade; for-profit and for-purpose; big and small; paid and voluntary. Co-chairs of the school, Ricky Bridge and Hollie Hynes said ‘We are delighted to have Hayley on board. Her breadth of experience, knowledge of the school, and the wider industry will support our strategic agenda through to our next phase of growth and beyond. This is an exciting time for the School as sustainability within the supply chain continues to be at the forefront of industry and Hayley is well positioned to maintain this critical focus’.

Hayley said that "when the Australian Supply Chain Sustainability School school kicked off, I was proud to be part of the Advisory Board because I knew we were starting something that would impact generations to come. Now, I am excited to rejoin the team in this new capacity and look forward to leading this cohort as we thrive and grow sustainably in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving."

When Hayley’s not at work she’s spending time with her husband and two kids, volunteering at her local primary school, binge-watching something on Netflix, attending a Sydney Swans AFL match or partaking in mindful colouring in.

The School would like to thank outgoing CEO, Robin Mellon, for his dedication and the passion he has brought to the role and wish him well in his new endeavours. Hayley’s appointment commences mid May 2019.
